Google new algorithm to back websites and WebPages loaded with âFreshnessâ
Google Freshness Algorithm Update
Google outs new fresh algorithm. It is said to be major search engine alteration by Google when compared to last Panda update which had huge impact over the search results. The update was available on Googleâs official blog. If to go by this announcement then the freshness update will affect the search results by huge 35%.
‘Fresh’ If to go by the name means updated. Similarly, this Google algorithm puts light on suggesting the search results with âFreshâ element in it. This is user oriented approach by Google and is natural and inclined in the era of social networking. We mark our presence on the social network to seek answer âWhat is the new happening?â We enter virtual world to know, what is happening across the globe and this whole idea is backed by Google in its new algorithm. More Google Search features comes in Gmail
Many Peoples are not aware of a feature which letting them use Google Search without leaving Gmail Interface. But, hardly few people used them. Now the news is that Google puts some Extra features in it to make user experience easier and enjoyable. To test these feature you can login your account and navigate to Google’s Lab Widgets and use them.
Generally, these features are available in Google Search but not in Gmail Search via widgets. But, now Google has added some features like:
- Spelling Corrections.
- News.
- Local Search.
- Calculations.
- weather.
- Dictionary Definitions.

Web 3.0- A Semantic Web Experience
What is Web 1.0?
Web 1.0 refers to that state of the World Wide Web which has been used between the time periods of 1991-2003. During this period, people used static HTML pages since their prime aim was to display web contents only.
Webmasters created a website and then submitted it to web directories like Dmoz and Yahoo. Users searched links in directories to find relevant content or website. During this time users were dependent on web directories for trusted web content. This was mainly because there were no interactions between web surfers looking out for similar products/services over the net. And thatâs how Web 2.0 comes in picture.

Googleâs Visual Search- See, hear and Search in Real-Time.
In early December, 2009 Google announced its new search feature at Computer History Museum, California. In this Search feature Google announced an innovative idea:
âUsers can now search information by just taking picture with mobile phones or spoken words instead of typing keywords.â
This feature includes finding places by clicking âNear Me Nowâ tab in your iPhone or Android browser through Google.com. Once your location gets captured by Google it gives you all near by location of your preferred search term. . This Service is currently available in US for the iPhone (OS 3.X) or Android-powered devices with version 2.0.1 or later.

Googleâs Animated Logo Celebrating Newtonâs Birthday
Why Googleâs Logo is animated today? What Google is trying to do or tell users? As Google history shows that, they always do something special with their logo to represent celebration of any event.
Today when I opened Google.com, I got amazed to see an animated Google logo – an apple falling from a tree. I asked myself, is there any special Event or purpose for the same. Then I found that itâs Newtonâs Birthday today. Isaac Newton was born on 4th of January, 1643.
Well, I am really excited to see what further Google can do with the creative logo designs. Have you also been amazed with any Google logo that you found very creative? I would simply love to see.
Watermarked Images â How affect Search Traffic?
You must have seen images on some websites as been watermarked to hold the belongingness. This is not the only reason for which images have been watermarked. Many webmasters used to mark the images thinking that it will boost up their ranking on search engines.Â
Well when Google consulted with Peter Linsley video star, and Product Manager for Image Search at the ‘plex to discuss regarding this, he remarked, âIt’s understandable that webmasters find watermarking images beneficialâ.Â
